Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh flowers once they have been delivered. However, we are committed to making it right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

- Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or not in the condition you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged item to process your request.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong arrangement or flowers), please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed.
- Resolution: Once we have reviewed your request, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Customized Arrangements: Orders that have been specially customized to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items Delivered as Expected: If your order was delivered as expected and in good condition, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed for delivery. Once the order is in the delivery process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
